While getting regular exercise is essential for healthy living, some people accidentally do more harm than good to their bodies when they engage in exercise incorrectly. In fact, certain exercise can create back pain, making it necessary to seek corrective treatment. If you plan to start a workout routine, be sure to follow these guidelines to keep your back safe
Building core muscles helps to provide additional support to your lower back, thereby helping to prevent injury. Riding a bicycle is a good low-impact way to work your core while also working your cardiovascular system. The increased blood flow to your spine will further help with keeping it happy.
