Advanced Spine & Rehab, P.C. has been serving the community as a medical family practice specializing in chiropractic and rehabilitation care in Mesa, Arizona, since 2002. Dr. Michael Crismon, DC has been a chiropractor since 1995, and together with Annette Lopez, FNP-C and the team, they cultivate a calm and encouraging environment for you to enjoy as we help you on your road to recovery.
