Dr. Michael Crismon, DC, has been with Advanced Spine since 2002, providing exceptional chiropractic care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Certified by the National and Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners since 1995, he is known for his expertise, compassionate approach, and commitment to holistic health.
Outside the office, Dr. Crismon enjoys outdoor adventures, especially motorcycle rides, and cherishes time with his family. Married to Nancy since 1988, he is a proud father of four and values the strong family connections that shape his approach to care. His dedication to both his patients and loved ones creates the welcoming, supportive environment that defines Advanced Spine.

Dr. Stanley Miller, MD, is the caring medical director at Advanced Spine and Advanced Family, focusing on opioid addiction and medical weight loss. With a long, accomplished career, he’s a trusted, compassionate figure in our practice.
Dr. Stanley Miller joined Advanced Spine and Advanced Family in 2008, bringing decades of experience from his journey that began at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine. Specializing in opioid addiction and medical weight loss, Dr. Miller approaches each patient with warmth and dedication, helping them reach their wellness goals. Outside of work, he’s an avid restaurant-goer and a lifelong Pepsi fan! Happily married to his wife, Eilleen, since 1971, Dr. Miller believes life is all about good food, great company, and making a positive difference for others.

Kirbie Jarman, LMT
Kirbie Jarman, LMT, joined Advanced Spine and Advanced Family in 2020, bringing both skill and a positive spirit to her role. She has a unique talent for making clients feel at ease and delivering a warm, therapeutic experience.
Born and raised in Arizona, Kirbie graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2015 and has been making people feel at home at Advanced Spine and Advanced Family since early 2020. Known for her easy laughter and lighthearted nature, she helps clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated. When she’s not in the clinic, Kirbie loves baking and cooking, often experimenting with new recipes. Clients appreciate her for both her professional skill and her humor, leaving her sessions feeling physically better and with a smile on their faces.

Annette Lopez, FNP-C
Annette Lopez joined Advanced Spine and Advanced Family in December 2019, bringing years of experience and compassionate care to our patients. A nurse practitioner since 2012, Annette specializes in family practice, opioid dependency treatment, and medically assisted weight loss programs, helping patients achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Outside of work, Annette treasures time with her two sons and her beloved dogs. She has a sweet tooth for blue raspberry Jolly Ranchers, which are her favorite treat! Annette’s warm personality and dedication to her patients make her an invaluable part of our team.
